I am leaving for a vacation and plan on letting my eggs pile up while gone. The farm sitter can put the eggs from the laying boxes in the feed bin for storage, but some of the hens lay in the loft. Will the eggs in the loft be OK in this heat or will they start to grow and then die in the cooler over night hours?
