every time my musckovy duck is broody she disapears in a tree and a month later she reapears with ducklings.
do some musckovys really lay their eggs in a tree? if so how do the ducklings get down?

That is a good question - I think I have read that they are perching fowl, and the ducklings may just tumble out of the nest at a certain point in their lives….would love to read an experienced Muscovy person tell us about this.

huh. Didn't know some ducks did that. Kinda want a musckovy now though they sound like fun.
