Maintained temp until I put the eggs in at the wee hours of this morning. Now the temp has stayed steady at 102 degrees (36 humidity). Is this gonna work, or do I need to figure out a way to drop the temp a couple degree's.

Oh, this is a very simple homemade incubator.

Hmmm.. I dont really know. I know 101 is okay, but i dont know about 102. Hope someone else will help.

if you have fan in your incubator 99.5 to 100 is ideal

if you dont have fan 102 is ideal just like in a still air incubator.

humidity is perfect

have you check that your hydremeter is accurate?
Use the salt metod to test it
