Is $75 a good price for 11 Rhode island reds? there already laying. at what age does egg production starts to decline?

depends on how old they are, chickens usually reduce production in their second year I think. Others can give you a more knowledgeable answer that I am sure you will get but I would find out their age before I bought them if it was me. RIR are great layers BTW and if they are a year or younger that is a deal.

Does the productions slows down alot on the second year?

We bought RIR for $10 a piece and they were 4 mos. old. They are 6 mos. now and still not laying.
