11 week old Splash silkie- Gender?

This is Snow. He/she is 11 weeks old. It is the most beautiful, curious and timid chicken I have ever owned. I’m sure it is probably too early to tell, but I figured I would pick your brains and see what your guesses were!

Hard to tell, but he looks identical to a cockerel that became aggressive towards me when I reached to pet him

I am not sure. It very well could be paint! I was told splash from the person I purchased it from.
