Ok, so, I just went back through my pics. I have a BCM cockerel, Murph, that hatched on September 14th. The following pic was taken on November 26th, so he was 10.5 weeks old.

The first two definitely look like boys to me. Not positive on the third.

#1 has saddle feathers
#3 has red on back and shoulders

At 11 weeks, these birds are too young to have male specific feathering.
Also, with Wyandottes, red on the shoulders doesn't mean anything, and you can't even see the back on this bird.

I agree with @Crazy for Chickens! And you definitely can't tell on the saddle feathers yet as they're too young to have male or female specific feathering.
