11 year old guinea losing weight/neck turning yeallow

Any suggestions on how to help this old guy? he is slowing down, spending more time on the ground instead of his perch -no other symptoms. His neck color is slightly yellower at the base.

Maybe he is just reaching the end of the line - 11 years old is a good age for him. Have you got any other birds with him? Are they OK?

His flockmates are doing very well. No health issues at all.
