I have a variety of bantam purebred hens as well as bantam Easter egger hens in with two bantam Easter egger roosters and one frizzled rooster. None of my birds are hatchery stock. You will get some colorful and friendly birds, but they will NOT be purebreds. These are hardy good layers of small colorful eggs. Egg colors include various shades of pink and green/blue.
Many people buy my birds as pets or for their children or because they appreciate having small friendly birds for backyard flocks. My roosters are sweet and can be picked up and petted, but they are also excellent "husbands" and take good care of their hens.
My purebred hens include a white showgirl, a splash frizzled Polish, a blue frizzle, a pearl (lavender mottled) English game hen, and a porcelain d'uccle. You'll have a chance of getting some frizzled chicks as well as lots of blue or splash colors. Many of my birds have crests and/or feathered legs.
