(Just as a note - I encourage broodiness in my Buffs in an effort to be more self-sustainable. Don't be surprised if you hatch hens that can and will go broody several times during the warmer months.)

If I were to bid on them and win, would they be shipped no later than the 14th? I am turning on my bator again for some split lav orps and I would want to raise them together. I am sick of chicks in the house but split lavs are the exception! Plus I will need to convince my sister to chick sit while I am on vacation. I don't want my FIL to have to deal with chicks. And since I have to jump thru all these hoops, I may as well raise some buffs with them right?...Insert evil grin.

Yes, Tuesday will be the latest day they will be sent. The weather is nice until then on my end and I don't like them to be delivered on a weekend. They seem to do better if I send them earlier in the week.

Oh, I forgot to mention, I am setting a silkie with bbs orp eggs at the same time so maybe she will raise them all if I am lucky.
I could pay for them right after auction end time and maybe they could be mailed on Monday.
Thanks for your quick response.

I use a 12x12x8 box UNLESS the shipping is over $11.

Then, I use a large flat rate box.
