Capricorn Farm offers for your consideration, fertile hatching eggs from our flock of Rhode Island Reds. These birds came from the flock of a breeder south of here at Hatch N Scratch Farms. The rooster was one of my first chicks hatched by a broody, and he is a sweet guy. Nice dark feathering on these birds and they are terrific layers. They laid 11 eggs yesterday and I only have 7 hens!
I wrap each egg in bubble wrap and double box but cannot guarantee your hatch rate. Shipped eggs are always a gamble. Our hatch rate has been wonderful here, chicks popping out everywhere!
