12 volt adapter/converter

I've been trying to find this larger size to increase the speed of my current fan which is now running on a 5 or 6 volt adapter.

Does the 12 volt output adapters/converters still exist? Walmart only had the 5 volt.

Suggestions welcome.

Most all cell phone chargers will work good on a fan, thats what I use.
