12 week old Orpington - gender?

This is Bubby...and s/he is a Black Mottled Orpington. The comb on this bird got pink before my 4 other Orps of the same age but then stopped. I have 2 cockerels and 2 pullets that are unmistakable and then this one. I can't tell if poor Bubby is a later blooming cockerel or an early blooming pullet. Help!

Hard to say from this view. If I had to guess, I'd say pullet. Look for the tail feathers to get longer and curved, Look for the flight and coverlet wing feathers to get pointy along with the hackle feathers. If that happens - boy.
 
How old are they? Can you give us a side pic? I think it’s too early tell. Oh duh, 12 weeks, sorry. Still would like a side pic of the body

Not an expert/total guess, but the wattle is both pink and more grown than I like for a pullet. I'm thinking cockerel but don't put any stock in it. 😉 Hope it is whichever you are wanting for your flock!
