12 week old serama falling over

I'm hoping this is just a vitamin deficiency and not Marek's. Any thoughts please? My 12 week old serama named "Ducky" I hatched. became lame I noticed her standing back and not getting on roost with other seramas. I brought her in and she walks and then loses her balance. No loose stools. She doesnt pull her wings in immediately when you stretch them out. Her tail feathers will.lean over as well.

What do her poops look like? Is she eating and drinking? Has she shown any signs of coccidiosis? You can get some human vitamin B complex tablets for about $8 at Walmart, and give her 1/4 tablet daily. It has riboflavin along with other B’s in case of a deficiency.

She had a loose one and then a normal one. She ate when I had wet food I added poultry cell to, i also have liquid b 12 and nutri drench. Should I give her any of those and should I just treat with corrid to be safe for is that too much?

I just switched them from crumble 16% to kalmbach feed and I give them crushed soldier flies occasionally and just this week small amount of greens with grit

She may respond to the Poultry Cell or NutriDrench 1 ml daily given directly into the beak, if she has a riboflavin deficiency. B12 is not what she needs, but B complex. However, the PC or the ND have the riboflavin she needs. If you decide to treat with Corid, she cannot have B1 thiamine which is in the B complex, PC, and ND. So I would try to rule out coccidiosis, or just treat for a riboflavin deficiency.

Thank you for your advice on my serama. She is much better today. She isn't falling over and more herself. The nutri drench worked and I switched her back to crumbles.i never thought I would cry over a chicken. My first year with birds and they are the best.
