I have been following Porters Turkey Egg Hatching Tips and have 13 days to go till hatch day. I hatched two batches of chickens to make sure my incubator was running right and I got a 63% hatch rate which I am fine with. I improved the viewing windows by making them double pane windows it holds temperature better so hopefully my hatch rate will improve. All I was able to purchase was seven eggs so hoping for the best on these eggs. They are Narragansett eggs it took me a while to find a local breeder but I had a back up source just incase.
