13 week Black Copper Marian - Rooster?

This is Barbara. We purchased her as a pullet when she was 3 weeks old. We started to have our doubts a couple weeks ago, and are wondering if she may be a rooster. Hoping some of
you more experienced chicken keepers can share your opinions.

Rooster, I can see saddle feathers poking out and the hackles are long and shiny.
