I did try to get a comb shot but she wouldn't stay still and believe me when I say that there was NOTHING there. Not even a tiny bump.It is not uncommon for a cockerel silkie to take up to 5 months to show any signs of being a cockerel and in some cases it can take up to a year for them to even start to crow. You won't have a 100% pullet at this age but it does not look like a cockerel yet so that's good. Silkies develop and grow very slow and are one of the hardest chickens to sex. A close up of the comb with the crest pulled back will help but nothing is for sure at this age.
