13 weeks Maran cockerel needs home

I'm looking for a loving new home for a cockerel. We purchased what was supposed to be 3 hens and ended up one is a cockerel. Due to our township ordinance, we can't have roosters... I really want him to have quality life instead of staying garage by himself.( he is really sweet) I'm located southeast in Michigan. Please help us find home for him.
