When to let Cornish x free range

I have my cornish x chicks out with the other hen in a separate pen
They're about 4.5 weeks old but they're not that big in my opinion. When would you let them free range with the others? They're really lazy and I'm worried they'll get picked on because they're different. They have been outside in a separate pen for almost 2 weeks

They're all in the freezer now but they did ok. I lost 2 early but the others made weight. I didn't have any full grown roosters of different breeds at the time but I think if I did, it wouldn't have worked

I'm glad it went smoothly. Introducing new chicks always makes me a little nervous.
