Trouble with Nuture Right 360

I am ready to do another hatch. The incubator was running fine with the temp at 99.5. I put the eggs in and noticed that the heat button was hot flashing. So it was not heating up. When I take the lid off and set it aside, the heat starts working. When I put the lid back on, it stops. What can I do? It did that to me on my 2nd hatch but after I tried putting the lid back on it finally started up correctly and I had no more problems. Has anyone had this problem?

An update on my problem, it seems to be heating up but the light is not blinking.

Having much the same issues. 1 unit I have the the heater stops working intermittently. Of course, the alarm is on in the AM when I go into check so I have no idea how long the temp has been 3 Deg. off. The second unit I own. the tmp ranges from 97 deg up to 100.5 according to the thermometer I have sitting inside the unit. Out of about 100 eggs I have set I have had about 9 hatch. They start well and them most die between 7 and 10 days. I have a hatch due next Sat 6/27 and going to try the 2nd unit again starting 6/24. I usually blame myself on these issues but in this case I am starting to believe I have two defective units.

Manna pro customer service is pretty useless on anything. Most of the time you get no reply at all and when you do it takes them a month to do anything.
