HELP- chicken popped big hole but has stopped

I had one chick pip through the shell I believe not through the air sack and I can see it’s beak. He is happily chirping now and then but it’s been 18 hours since he first peeped and about 6 since I’ve seen his been. I know the eggs all had saddle shaped air cells as they are shipped eggs. I am on day 20 and another has just pipped but has not broken the membrane whilst the other has.

I’m very new to hatching still and amunsure what to do. Please help x

She had to be assisted hatched in the end, developing slower than her sisters but is otherwise healthy
