I’m currently watching my friends trio of deathlayers until she gets a new house. I’ve noticed one of the hens has gotten sluggish and somewhat boney(not severe, but definitely not plump). She still eats, drinks, and lays normally. Her eyes and nose are clear, But her face does seem a little sunken in.
The birds have been through a lot, from being Abruptly moved from their yard to a tiny coop, then neglected from the one who was watching them, and now to me.
Could this just be stress? And is there anything I can do to help her?

Forgot to mention, none of the other birds are acting off at all. They haven’t changed feed or anything as well.
