EMERGENCY!! Please help. Gosling

hi everyone! So I'm kind of panicking right now because I have a gosling just born and it has a little crackle when it breathes, and in my experience that is fluid and means death if untreated. I have vet rx, will this help? Suggestions? I can't take him to a vet.

Update: we will be going to tsc to get some things I didn't know if I could get any meds while out

Oh no worries!! He is doing so so much better!! He is actually sitting with me now. Normally my birds don't survive what he had, but it was certainly a miracle. I'm so glad, will attach pictures later! The crackle went away after about 2 weeks
