Lethargic baby chick

My 3 week old is very lethargic, always sleeping standing up, not energetic, but will eat and drink. I did a corid treatment because I saw pink in her poop but starting to thing that doesn’t mean anting. What should I do? All of the other ones are energetic and running circles around her.... I can’t isolate either.

Can you post a picture of her and the poop? Does she have any nasal discharge? do the eyes and feet look clean? is she gaining weight?

I have a similar situation with a nearly 3 week old chick. I have just found some pinkish colour in her poop. Not sure if it is blood or what that would indicate. Our chick eats and drinks too but is mainly lethargic and wanting to sleep a lot (or a lot more than the others). I’ve just tried giving ours some home made electrolyte solution - maybe you could try that?
