14 day old chick dragging legs.

I have a 14 day old pullet that is dragging her legs and scooting on the brooder floor. I picked her up and she flaps her wings, but she can't move her right leg very well. I put her on the cooler side of the brooder to get her water and I came back and she was back with her sisters on the other side.

I have nutri drench should I give her some of that?

I think she was injured. She still scoots around and we are giving her vitamins once a day. My husband is giving her fluids but she is not eating much from what we can tell.

She also lays there breathing with her beak open. I will give an update when I check on the chickens and chicks this morning.

I checked on her this morning. She has stopped preening. She cannot move her right leg still. She drinks water. I put her beside the food and she just looked at it and didn't eat it.
