14 Week Rhode Island Red Gender Help

Hi all,

Iv had these since they were a few days old. One had the brown striping on its head as a chick the other not so much. I dont know what one is male or female or if both are male. I will refer to them as #1 and #2 for picture porpuses. Any ways, one of them crowed this morning and i didnt get a chance to see which one. and I need to know cause I cant keep a roo. #1 is the nice, calmer one that is less chatty and dont care if you touch it, #2 is a jerk lol and talks alot.... here are the pictures:

Another note #1 seems to have its rear feathers down all the time... I have seen them up but not often.... #2 thinks its the boss over #1 and the other 3 12 week chickens I got... Iv seen both #1's and #2's neck feathers go up but #2 does it alot more... mainly when it chases the other chickens. Thanks so much in advanced

Edit: P.S. I think it was #1 that crowed when I got a quick glance from my window. but again im not sure

This is just a guess, but I think they both may be roos!!

thats what I was thinking... I mean... I know one is for sure since the crow this morning. The tail feathers and different additudes is throwing me off
