Ozone to kill Salmonella and Others during Incubation

I am thinking that Salmonella and others might grow during Incubation (as it is Humid and long time no cleaning).
How about Using Ozone to kill it (using small hose to input the ozone from ozone generator)
Anybody have information on this ?
is this safe, When it is best (near lock down time?), How long time needed and other info.
Thank you

I often run ozone in my incubators usually once just after I set the eggs and around day 14. I doubt it’s really necessary but 🤷🏻‍♀️ I do it anyway.
