Is this a pullet? 15-16ish weeks old cinnamon queen

Yes, I believe she's a pullet and should be laying soon.

She has markings on her feathers that make them look pointy (which would mean cockerel) but when I zoom in, I believe they are actually rounded and it's an optical illusion.
