I don't see any wattles, and not much for a comb. I lean pullet.

I would think by now it would have tried to crow if it was a cockerel.

Very pretty!
 
I have some around that age that are pullets, and they look like that so I'm saying pullet. Also, the roos get the purple walnut combs.
