15.5 week old leghorn laying crazy eggs!

very unexpected so young, but the first egg was perfect, large and double yolk.....unfortunatley it didn't make it into the house before falling to the ground
the next morning we found a nice (small) egg. the very next day (late afternoon) she randomly laid a soft egg while walking around. nothing the next day and then today another small egg that is shaped weird.
my first thought is that she is young and our other leghorn isn't laying yet, so maybe her body just isn't ready yet. my second thought was she has a egg size lump on her chest and though i didn't think much of it before (it's been there for a while and i thought her bone just grew funny), maybe it would have to due with the egg laying.
any ideas?????

Is the egg sized lump right in the front and off to the side a little bit? If so, that's probably her crop. Other than that I'm no help, my ladies haven't started laying yet.

It takes a pullet a dozen egg laying efforts to find her groove. Give her a week or two and she'll likely get it together and lay with regularity and consistency.
