Most of the Olive Eggers are sex-linked and will be blue or black, males will have some barring. Birds will have beards and muffs. Headspot chicks are male. They are out of Cuckoo Marans hens, so pullets will lay the green in picture, but your sent eggs will be brown. Grown out offspring from this cross has produced all peacombed olive laying Olive Eggers but one thus far, of course, there is always a chance you will get a straight comb and therefore brown eggs. -5 or so eggs=blue or black chicks

Black Copper Marans hen covered by blue Ameraucana 3 or so eggs= blue or black birds with feathered legs and copper

blue Ameraucana covered by a blue Copper Marans 1 or 2 eggs= BBS Olive Eggers

F2 Olive Eggers, green eggs from blue and black cuckooed hens covered by a blue Copper Marans.
These eggs are also sex linked. Head spot chicks are male. Peacombs should lay darker green, straight combs should lay brown. 5 eggs
=blue, black, splash chicks with copper and feathered legs,
You will probably get speckles on Olive Eggs, as well, some days they are solid, some speckled.

Storage, fertility, hatching is good, shipping careful...individual results may vary for you.
