15 week cockerel mom guesses?

This is Phoenix, my 15 week old cockerel that hatched from eggs collected from my flock. His dad for sure was my Salmon Faverolle and the only hens I have that are blue are my Blue Copper Maran and Blue Laced Red Wyandotte. He is HUGE. I really should go and weigh him tonight because he is already much larger than his dad was at 15 weeks. His neck is very yellow would that be considered a golden birchen gene showing? If so would that make the blue copper Maran his mom?

The plan was to keep the pullets and eat the cockerels from this batch, but he is so lovely to look at that as long as he maintains his manners I will be retaining him.
