16 week Lavender Orp. Pullet or Cockerel?

Help! New to this chicken thing! I’m hoping it’s a pullet we just got rid of two roosters but this one didn’t look like the others. Pullet or Cockerel?

He's definitely a boy. Though difficult to see, he has male specific feathering.

Definitely a cockerel, they are super mean to people and other animals, but sweet to other birds. Everyone I know that has one theirs is the same as mine

If you mix him with a buff orp (I believe that’s one next to him) they look like this

That is a beautiful bird! I wish I could keep him. We are in a subdivision and can’t have roosters

Orps are known to be very sweet birds. Not all are mean. In fact, I’d say most aren’t.
