Im on day 1 today and the temp is at 98.4-hasnt gone up since last night-I went to turn it up a little and it wont turn anymore-what do I do?? DId I not screw the darn disc in enough or something-I dont want to screw up my first hatch ever!!!

Did you loosen the wing nut on top before you tried to turn it? If it's screwed in tight it wont let you turn it.....
