19 week old BR rooster in MD need new home

Im in Montgomery County MD which does not allow roosters. One of our “pullets” grew up to be a rooster and I’m looking for a new GOOD home for him.

As of now, he’s the friendliest of the bunch, not crowing much, no spurs yet. He’s a big beautiful boy.
