MY 1ST BORN OUT OF 4 WAS BORN 8/5 NOW THE SECOND ONE STARTED TO COME OUT OF HIS SHELL AND THE FIRST ONE WALKED OVER TO IT AND STARTED PECKING AT IT, SO I REMOVED THE FIRST CHICK NOW I STILL HAVE4 2 MORE BEING HATCHED WELL THIS AFFECT THE UNBORN ONES? Why was the first one pecking at him

Pretty normal behavior. I mix day olds all the time, or even with chicks who have 3-4 days age difference. Unless they draw blood, I don't remove them, and the pickers eventually grow bored.

However, at one day old, he is plenty old enough to be removed from the incubator.

Yeah I've found that the some what older ones are quite curious and pecky while the other ones are hatching. It okay as long as they don't repeatedly peck a spot but that's why after they fluff up I put them in the brooder.
