1st Chick Hatched... What now...

Hey guys... I got home from work and the 1st chick hatched. I have the GQF 1502 Sportsman, it has a hatcher at the bottom. How long do I leave the chick in there before I move him out into a pen with a heat light, water and food???

Please advise.

I leave them for as long as 36 hours. It's peeping will help get the other eggs hatching.

One of the other eggs is already starting to hatch... I hope when I get home from the University he will be somewhat out... Im so excited!!!

Ok... I have 2 chicks and two more eggs just broke shell and are starting... its been about 30 hours for the 1st two so I moved them outside into there NEW pen...
