Got the chickens in the fridge. 7 1/2 weeks with an average of 7lbs. 3 birds over 8 lbs. Next comes the butchering, packaging and eating. Thank you to my Mom. Happy Mothers day

Do you have a feather plucker or are you doing it by hand?

I have them slaughtered. Just gave to cut up and freeze.

I'll be receiving 15 Jumbo Cornish chicks from Mcmurray in June, I hope they grow as well as yours.

Give them plenty of room, keep the coop clean, fresh water and if you have a run let them out. They need as much fresh air as possible. Cornish Cross have a tendency to set and eat which can lead to health issues. I am sure you will do great
