1st hatch did not go right. 2nd hatch needs to go better. HELP!

First time hatching call ducks. Had 3 eggs. One pipped and died in the shell. One hatched all the way and died. The other one I helped it a little and it didn't even get all the way out of the egg. Now I have 4 more getting ready to hatch. I candled them and they look good. How do I get them to hatch and not die??? My temp is 100 and humidity is at 86% for hatching. Help please!! Hate to see them get this far and not make it. Thanks.
