1st incubation and hatch

I had a 25% hatch rate basically. Candles the remaining eggs, no pips and no movement that I can see. One egg I can’t see any air cell at all. The others all have perfect looking cells and full of chick best I can tell. So now what?

Now I’m crying. I opened up some of the eggs. Trying to do eggtopsy. One had no development from early on, yolk with vessels. One had no air cell and she was malpositioned. Next one no movement at all when I opened a bit of air sac and clearly wasn’t moving but there was oodles of blood, I must have nicked some membrane.
But, the next one was moving when I opened into the air sac. I wrapped up her egg in a damp paper towel and put back into the incubator. Which according to meat thermometer is 4 deg cooler on the floor vs the top. So I bumped up the temp to 103.
Does this chick have any kind of chance to survive? I feel like I performed a chicken abortion by accident.

Did you rupture the membrane at the air cell? If so was there blood?
If there was no blood you may be fine with putting the chick back in the bator and waiting it out. Make sure that the humidity is nice and high. Is this the last egg in there?

There are two eggs left besides this one. There was blood on the membrane. One of the pieces of shell pulled it loose at the chicks head. Several drops of blood, and inside looks super moist. I can see intact vessels in the remaining membrane. A little stringy clot is laying across her head. She is still breathing after all these hours. Moving a little. Hanging out in the egg. Is she suffering?
