1st time raising chicks (some weird stuff)

I got my chicks from Tractor Supply on Feb 25th so I think they are around 13-14 weeks now. 3 lavender Orpingtons and 4 Brahmas. I have 1 rooster Brahma who just started crowing this morning pretty loudly. I'm hoping the rest are hens. I have a lavender that has funky feathers. They look all messy and ragged. It started on her back/top of her butt area. None of the other 6 have this problem and she isn't acting sick so I don't think it's a pest but I could be wrong this is my first time doing this. She isn't actually missing any feathers, they just look weird. Is this normal? First 3 pics are my rooster. The rest are the funky feathered hen lol
