1yo flock, picking on RIR?

We have a flock of 5 hens (RIR, Silver Laced Wyandotte, Golden Sexlink, Black Sexlink, and Brown Leghorn). They all just turned 1yo. About 3mos ago I noticed the RIR getting into flappy sissy fights with the Golden Sexlink. Now, not only is the GS chasing her around, the others are ostracizing her and sometimes pecking her too. She's the sweetest of the bunch, and the Golden Sexlink is a ravenous monster who steals everybody's food. The RIR has been spending a lot of time in the coop avoiding the flock. Help?!

Spring has sprung, hormones are running high.
How much space do they have in coop and run, in feet by feet?
Dimensions and pics would help immensely here.
They need space to get away from each other.
Has any blood been drawn?
Are they pinning her down and beating her unmercilessly?
It could be that the RIR is 'sick' or something is off there, a flock will drum out a 'weak' member.

Coop is 4×6, run is 6x8. As far as I can tell she's in great health. The picking is mostly the GS chasing her randomly, stealing her food, etc. but if the RIR does wander over to the group during feeding time she'll actually peck at her and run her off. The others do occasionally peck too, but not as much and not really harmfully. We've taken to hand feeding the RIR the treats/scratch and fending off the GS while she's eating. We do have feed inside & outside the coop, so RIR's not going to starve. I just don't want things to get out of hand.

Sounds pretty normal.
More space would help...anyway to make the run bigger?

Yes, we plan to open up/add another 4x6 adjoining area, but don't have the lumber yet (and now not quite sure when we'll be able to afford it since we're both off work for the foreseeable future).
