2 1/2 week old chicks acting weird...

Hey all,

I have a newbie question for you! My 2 1/2 wk old chicks are in a brooder in our house. All of a sudden they've started flying around trying to land on each other! One of them does it the most, she almost tries to stand up tall and starts flying around and at the others. It's like she's trying to scare them! I'm worried - is she a bully?? Do I need to separate her?? All of them do this behavior, but she does it the most.

They're just full of beans. Mine does it too. Just watch out, the next step is going to be trying to get out of the brooder!

Mine are the same age and doing the same things! Silly creatures!

Looks like they're starting to establish their pecking order. Have fun watching them, it cracks me up! It looks to me like they're trying to show off what tough guys they are to each other!

Haha that's so great, and gives me so much relief that I'm not the only one experiencing this!! It is pretty funny to watch now that i know everything is okay
