2-3 day old chicks with bloody ears

Hello everyone,
I have 3 hens that have so many beautiful chicks over the course of a couple days 4 have developed bloody ears they don’t live long after. All my flock has been vaccinated though I’m not ruling out the carrier possibility.I am simply trying to find out what the cause is. Is the a symptom of a disease or infection? How do I move forward?

Any pictures? Could these be pecking injuries? Are the chicks in with the flock?

3 broody hens with chicks? Are they all together?

Sounds like pecking injuries.

They are all together, I can lock the rest of flock out of coop during the day however pecking could have been the issue.
