2-3 month old crossbeak easter egger listless, one eye shut, need advice! Also what is Cephalexin do

My little crossbeak, Hinky, looked fine at 10ish the morning and now about 1:30 is listless with one eye shut. Not that hot here, only about 70ish. She has seemed to be eating fine fine and growing along, about the same size as the other pullets I had gotten. I only got her two weeks ago, her crossbeak is severe. I am going to go try a yogurt/honey/feed/vitamin mash for her and ses if she's just not getting enough food suddenly.

Should I try antiboitics? I have extra Cephalexin here that I could give. I think the dose is 250 mg for a chicken, but she's only half grown, should I dose less? Help!

Update: She was up and walking around when I came back out to the coop. Tried to feed her in my hands, but no luck so isolated her in a crate with a mash of chick feed, warm water, yogurt, honey and peanut butter. Put the old chick waterer in with her with red cell and apple cider vinegar in the water. Wiped the affected eye with warm rag of saline water on it. Any other ideas?
