2.5 week old chick, naked belly/swollen (updated 1-6-12)

Hi, please comment if you know of what could be wrong with my chick.
She is 2.5 weeks old, Americana purchased from Ideal.
Her belly is swollen some, not a lot. It is also bear (no down) from her vent to between her legs).
The opening of the vent is protruded. She has been seen moving around, eating and pooping.
She is slightly smaller than her hatch mates.
I am feeding SS medicated grower feed.

Well this little chick is still alive. She now has tail feathers that turn to the side and the lower part of her beak is to the side. She is still smaller than the rest.

I have no experienc with ckickens but my cat had the same symptoms you should give her deworming medicine and see how she does.

She sounds like she has a few issues going on and the mal aligns beak will keep her from eatting properly and growing. Bought from a Hatchery she will be an Easter Egger not an Amercuana as they sell EE's miss labeled as pure breds.
