So I made this....I left her in her separated area and had to go wrangle some big chickens that had escaped their pen and when I came back she was out.....I am beginning to give up on what will help her

she was eating happily when I left

That is a pretty cute chicken sling. Did she stand and walk normally when she was first born? Did you hatch her at home or get her from someone and at what age? Has she always had trouble standing? I would, switch to some human BComplex vitamins 1/2 tablet daily crushed in food.

I found her that way last Saturday. I gave her polyvisol Saturday and Sunday and since then human vit b complex which has helped so much.
When I got her she was a week old and was fine. There was another in the group that had a slipped Tendon that I tried to fix but she kept escaping the chair and can get food and water fine so I have let her be.

This one I found when she was 2.5 weeks old on the bottom of the brooder.

Shes escaped the new chair so i can only use it when i can supervise her. How much time in a day should she be in it?

thanks!!

As much as she will tolerate it during waking hours. It is helpful to get enough food and water into her. But she needs to be out of it to stretch, try to walk, and to sleep. She is pretty spunky. I hope that she gets better.

So she is standing more and more and walking but is this normal for rehab....or is this more neurological.
I have been putting her back with the others it doesn't take long before the roos gang up and start to pick on her.
