Tonight, my roo’s comb is turning purple, which scares me that it’s lack of oxygen. I read an article before coming here which said it could also indicate a surge of testosterone?? For at least four weeks, he has a wheeze at the end of his crow. He is acting normal, and I read on here that that could also just be puberty? I obviously can’t help but fear that now they are related. Also my hen, had a little peck mark on her beak from someone when she was about 6 weeks old, You can still see that mark, at 13 weeks now, but tonight, there’s a new mark in the middle of her comb and she’s literally missing one of the spikes! Is this normal to be beat up?! She doesn’t seem any weaker or slower than any of the other ones in the coop.

I wouldnt worry too much about the "wheeze" at the end of your roosters crow unless he's showing respiratory disease symptoms, such as; sneezing, wheezing when he breathes, runny nostrils, head shaking, watery eyes, facial swelling, lethargy etc...
I wouldnt worry about the color changes in his comb neither.
As far as your hen getting beat up, it's a pecking order issue and they'll work it out eventually.

My 8 year old rooster that recently died, always had a little sigh or noise at the end of his comb, and it seemed normal for him. Large combs can darken at the tips and toward the rear, while they can pink up and look perfectly normal at times. It seems they can change color with excitement and with temperature changes. So I would not worry. Your hen’s comb will be fine after it heals, just missing a point.

Thanks guys! I wanted to update, for the people like me, who "search" this site... Foghorn's comb is back to being all red again, no more purple. So strange. He is otherwise healthy, other than the raspy, wheezing sound he makes. I won't worry about my girl missing an entire spike, as heartbreaking as that is! ack. Thanks again!
