2 boys 2 girls 4 week old couturnix chicks should 1 separate or wait and see

Hi All hope u are all keeping well i have four 3-4 week old couturnix chicks 2boys 2 girls and a 1 week old chick in a separate brooder im worried about fights and overmating this is my 1st time with mixed sexes .should I separate themales out st 5 weeks? Or see what happens they are very calm together currently many thanks and be safe

Hi there thanks for that they are behaving cos they are separated lol. Im considering culling the naughty one... but not sure if i can follow thru im a bit of a softy.I intend to build a quail hutch so ill definitely be checking them out. I love this place everyone is so nice and helpful hope you all have fun with your birds have a great week all
