2 DAY OLD CHICK---HELP!

I have never had chickens before. I just received my Barred Rock babies this morning. All of them were completely fine- got them all settled in their new home and left for work. I came home and one of them was laying on its side and I thought it was dead. I picked her up and she was breathing very shallow and would not open her eyes. I fed her some water and put her in a bowl with a hand towel in it and put her back in the brooder. She started chirping a little bit and acted like she wanted to stand but could not- she also was acting like she could not keep her eyes open. She layed down and acted like she was sleeping. Now 4 hours later, she still will not stand or open her eyes. I came back in to check on her and she was laying on her side with beak open and breathing hard..... I have no idea what to do. PLEASE HELP!

Sometimes you lose one when they are very young and never know what was wrong. It can be genetic problem.
