#2 egg

We had # 2 egg today and it looks like it dose not have a shell. I have been finding the eggs on the floor of the coop under the roosting bars. 2 are 24 weeks and 16 are 21 weeks old. They have been on lay feed for 2 weeks. What is up?

I've read that they sometimes have to get in the swing of things.
